As for a bra at night. I have large breasts and fibroids, so it is actually painful for me not to wear a bra. I however find them uncomfortable to sleep in. I sleep in tank tops that have shelf bras included. While they do not have a enough support I would wear them out of the house I find them very comfortable to sleep in.

Not only is it uncomfortable, but it has proven to be dangerous in a way.

bras support ur boobs so that u dont jiggle but they also support ur back. its not good to wear a bra in bed but some unfortunate ppl like myself have to so its easier to get comfy in bed n its helps breathing but its not recommended. also if u have small boobs u shouldnt wear an underwired bra too soon as this will weaken the muscles around the breasts n ur boobs will sag even if they r small!
