hi, my dad is 6 feet tall. And I am 19 years old now. I wonder why am I just 5' 8"??? As a teen, when I was 14 to 18 years old I used to masturbate every day and so much that I was underweight and it did bother me in my daily activities. But now I am back on track and I weigh 140 lbs. I wonder am I short bcoz of that!!! Or will my gens make me what I have to be regardless of all that???

Unless you were extremely malnutritioned (as in not only underweight, but lacking the nutrition you needed, in which case you probably wouldn't have been able to do daily activities), you're diet wouldn't have had much of an effect on your height. It's all genetics.

I know that your dad is six feet tall, but look around, at your other family members. I really doubt that you are short because you masterbated..lol. However, if your grandpa was short, or an Uncle or somebody, you could still be short. My brother is 6 foot one somehow, but my dad is only 5 foot 10. And my grandpa was 5 foot 4. So he got it somewhere but its not always obvious. Anyway, look on the bright side. Your NOT short. Your very average. Don't worry about it. There are tons of girls that you look tall to, like me I'm 5 foot 2. Just be happy your not so short that you have trouble finding girls that are shorter than you or the same hieght. My boyfreind always did. He is like five foot 4. Dont' worry so much, your a good height.

That's absurd. Your growth will happen the way God intended it to. Masturbating has nothing to do with it.
