I'm trying to find a list of all the doctoral programs offered out there and what universities they are administered at. Can anyone help me find an extensive list?

Depends on the program.

http://www.gradschools.com is an option to search, but I find it unorganized.

I prefer http://www.princetonreview.com

I kind of depends on what you are looking to get a Ph.D. in. For example, if you are looking for a Ph.D. in Psychology, you can go to the Social Psychology Network. Also, there is a website called gradschool.com where you can get a pretty good list, though last time I checked the site was not very visually appealing, it does have some good info.

petersons.com will be of help to you. You can enter the field in which you would like to study, limit your search to specific regions, and then customize the list. It's a really good site.

Programs in...what area(s)? I would recommend doing a search on gradschools.com. You can search by geography and discipline.
