There is no shift differential mandated by California law.

No - most companies do pay premiums for off-shift work, but I don't believe they are required to by law. Check with the state Attorney General's office to be sure, though.

Am not sure thats a State or Fed Law...more like company policy..You'd have to check with your State labor Board for that info.

yes theres always a pay differance in the different shifts.And if you haven't gotten it yet than you should go to the payroll department.
