use limewire or any type of shareware tech. mainly take a file of a song. make sure it is a .mp3 and send it in a email attachment.

That's strange that it won't show up in you e-mail because I use it all the time. Try this...
From work use your yahoo e-mail to send music from your work computer as an attachment, but send the music to yourself at your yahoo address. Once you are home, get back into your yahoo e-mail and download the music into your home computer.

If you are using Windows XP simply use Files and Settings Transfer Wizard accessible at Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Files and Settings Transfer Wizard
