Direct X 10 will release with windows Vista next year, so I'm waiting. It will be several years b4 games will take full advantage, but I don't want to have to buy again in a couple of years.

If you're serious about a high-end system, you need to build a "white box" from scratch. Find a solid, reputable company and have it custom built. (As a plug, you might try www.aktec.com. It's the company I work for and we build some really kick-a** systems).

ur display graphic card and ram and ofcos processor too
software will be directx latest is version10 for any game
if u have intel power motherboard that is plus point

get a fast, high capacity graphics card and an AMD athlon processor. and fast ram at least 1gb, 2 is better, though more costly.
