Seeing as how every podunk mail-stop with an oil well thinks they're 'all that' these days, are you willing to help the problem by easing off the gas pedal? Would you cut back on your driving, if you could/if it was practical?

No need to cut back...just get a more fuel efficient vehicle. For a list of all hybrids available check out http://www.all-about-car-selection.com/hybridvehicles.html

Due to increased prices, I HAD to stop driving so much. That's why I'm sitting here. I can't afford to fill my tank every week. I go to work, I come home, and do it all over again. The grocery store is next door to where I work, so I go there after work and I'm done for the week.

Heck, I like the high prices. I sit down the other night and got out my Calculator. Now I can afford to quit work, because, I sure can not afford to go to work. lol!
Maybe if everyone quit work it would help. ;-)
