First off, I'm curious to know if this is a weird test of our skills or if you're genuinely bad at grammer.

Dear Ma'am, (or is Mam a name?)
Hello! How are you? I hope you have a good time in your journey and enjoy (why was the 'of' there?) your time. I am missing you and I wish to see you soon in June. (or is Pune a place?)

Yours Sincerely,
Marzieh

Your letter was not clear and hard to correct without knowing the intent of each phrase.

First, the other suggestions are good. Use 'on' your journey or trip instead of in'. (If this is not a joke, by the way, grammar is spelled thus with an 'a' before the 'r'.)
When writing to someone whose name you know, you should address him or her by name: Dear Mrs. Smith or Dear Miss Smith or Ms. Smith. If you do not know whether she is married you can use Ms. without risk of offending. If you are in the UK, do not use a period or full stop after Mrs or Ms; if you are in the U.S., use a period. Miss does not need a period because it is a complete word and not an abbreviation. However, if she is your teacher, she will forgive you a few small mistakes. Unless she is your English teacher, in which case, she will expect you to have learnt (British) your lesson, or learned (American) your lesson.

If you are expecting to see her back in the town where you both live, you may write: I look forward to seeing you upon your safe return. If you are planning to meet her in Pune, you may write: I look forward to meeting you in Pune.

Yours sincerely, shoud appear thus, with a capital 'Y' and a comma after 'sincerely.'

It should be...

Dear (your teacher's name)

Hello. How are you? I hope you have a good time on your journey and enjoy your time. I will miss you and I wish to see you soon in Pune.

Sincerely Yours,
Marzieh
