I only have an idea in New South Wales. UTS (http://www.dab.uts.edu.au/) & UNSW (http://www.cofa.unsw.edu.au/college/news/) are the main ones that come to mind.
For private colleges, Billy Blue (http://www.billyblue.com.au/index.html) and KvB Institute of Technology (http://www.kvb.edu.au/) are the best and best-known ones. I've tried KvB and it's not cheap but the facilities are up to date and the teachers are more design professionals than teachers so you can ask them a lot of questions about the actual industry and they're pretty clued-in about it.
