not the family plan, the business plan to track employees.

I am considering using this plan to track my employees, but I dont want them to think I am spying. I need to know where they are during work hours (On their work cells) to see if they are close to drop offs, and to see who is closest to pickups.

I want to know if the phone will show them I have tracked them.

Even without the so called any cellphone's location is known by the phone service provider through the triangulation of signal received by any three antennas. This is in effect any time your phone is turned on even if you are not using it. Law enforcement agencies can get this information from the phone company in a matter of minutes.

yea, all someone has to do is have control of your gps plan, like boss. If your phone does not react when you pan the map then you are being tracked

what i know is, through gps, your phone can be tracked to nearest cellsite to your location, not the exact one. this is only possible if your phone is activated with gps by your service provider, otherwise it's impossible.

you can ask customer service if you need further info
