dont believe the other people about anorexia - just stay fit and trim and eat a healthy diet count calories if u want pilaties is good 2...when u r finding an agency ask other models what is good - go to big organized well-known agencies and NEVER PAY THE AGENCY they should pay u 2 model 4 them dont fall 4 "oh u r amazing u have so much natural talent u r so beautiful but before we sent u on any jobs u need to take this class that costs$$$" DONT also, never take your top off 4 ANYONE and dont let people put u down and say "u are ugly your earlobes ar not right your eyes are bad..but if u sleep with me i'll get you on the cover of Vouge" yea right loser ....generally modeling is great as long as u stick to mainstream agencies like Ford and stuff ...also before you start to try modeling you need to look at your self objectively...am I tall? is my face symetrical? do i have an unusual look? am I fit? u get the idea ...i used to model and i loved every minute so give it a try!!!lol =)

Firstly do not go to a modeling agency without a portfolio as they will want you to get one and these can be very expensive, you best bet is to get a friend to take a lot of photos of you with a digital camera (in different clothes and backgrounds) and then select a 10-20 really nice photos and create a digital portfolio which you can put this on line and just have business cards with the link on, a lot cheaper than having them printed. examples of work can be provided on request. just message me here if you want, i am a professional website designer but have lots of free time (and enough money) so i am currently doing free sites for small bands, small artist etc, basically anyone who could not afford them otherwise.
As long as you are careful and do not sign anything with reading and re reading it you should be perfectly safe.

Go to a modeling agency and the dangers of the job is schoolwork because you will travel alot and peer pressure to be super skinny.

you can go to open casting calls at the agencies in new york.
don't pay a lot to take lessons or meet agencies. If you are qualified, you get paid to be a model. It is a very safe job, but hard work.

don't bother unless you are 5'9" or taller. you will get turned away at the door...
If you are truly interested - call your local agencies and see what their process is for viewing new models..Some will just have you send in pictures - others have a specific open call day.
Do not get involved with any agency that asks for money up front or has a school. These are scams.

Is not easy if you are realy into this job, but if you are into it you can to it and it will not be denggrouse,For you , hey look i'am going to tell you something some times that job can be dengrouse for you even if you are realy into it.
