If you are referring to brown spots (liver spots), these are caused by sun damage and age. They are treatable with different topical creams, peels and microdermabrasion.

u mean those white spots right? well its a sign that you are not getting enough vitamins ,minerals, proteins, ect..in your diet...
eat more healthy and they'll go away.
i had that problem when i was a little girl.
drink alot of v8 juice
