All processors support Wifi, as long as you have suitable slot/port to connect the Wifi card.
Wifi card/external modules come in several connection options.
for eg
Mini PCI, USB (external), PCMCIA slot.
If your laptop has any of these slots you can easily go Wifi.

No Processor is WiFi Capable. There is no reason for a processor to be WiFi Capable.
However, if you get a wireless card, that is WiFi Capable. You will need on of those if you want to get on a wireless network. And yes. The Pentium M will work fine for that. Just remember, they are two seperate things, not one in the same. For best results. Look for Intel Centrino.

The Processor has nothing to do with WiFi, WiFi in all computers is controlled via a seperate chip or card.

all PC's are wifi capable you just need to buy the required Card and have access to the internet via a wireless Modem or via an access hotspot
by putting the M in the processor name I take it you have a laptop in which case you need a pcmica card http://www.dsl-warehouse.co.uk/Category.asp?catid=3&l=1&cnL1=Wireless%20Network&PcatIDL1=3 will show you what you need

Of course it does: WiFi just replaces the wire (hence the 'Wi' stands for 'wire-less') between your computer and the phone point. What your computer needs then is the relevant adapter/router/hub to make the connection to the server.
