I think he is sincere and worried about the planet. I didnt hear him complain about wanting to run for office but wanting to clean up the planet. Ever wonder why the election was stolen? Cause big business dont want him cleaning up their killer crap. Duh, think about it. Funky politics, Bush oil family, and the list goes on and on. Now DC is getting flooded like in the days of Noah.
Al Gore seems to be a nice man who really deserves the job of president. GWB is going to continue to mine coals, killing people, driving cars and profiting and warmongering for oil. Due to greed and lobbyist, he sold his soul to the devil and if you think I'm wrong, let me know. You don't have proper contact info, so Im answering you via this question.

I don't remember claiming that it wasn't the sun, or that it was caused by cars.

I am aware of the causes of global warming, all too much, but to get into the theories and possible solutions is really precocious don't you think? Even though the sun is the primary cause of global warming, its pretty evident that causing the earth to stop moving toward the sun, is not an option. So we have to come up with a solution that is more realistic and its going to take a united effort to do so. When you are at odds with just about every country in the world, its kind of hard to convince them of another life changing "idea". Even if its rational. So, any possible solution is going to have to start at the beginning. Down to the protons, neutrons, and electrons of the atoms of the chemicals and/or organisms used. Yes, its much much more technical, and I could go on and on, but I believe, that to even consider the possibilities, we all have to be willing to work together.

He is power hungry. What is an issue that could be Miss-represented as a threat bigger than terrorism that the democrats would probably handle better than the Republicam's? The answer is global warming. He is trying to steal votes with exaggerated facts that are just lies. He'll always be able to turn around and say "Well, the threat was real....we just had the time table wrong by only 200 years.". He's just a desperate left wing nut that is grasping at straws to get to where he once was.

I think Al Gore is someone who is trying to leave this world in a better position after he's gone. I believe he sincerely thinks for the good of all. It's a damn shame he wasn't able to win the court battle for the presidency. I honestly think the attack on the WTC might not have happened with him in office and I am darned sure we wouldn't have attacked an unrelated third party country in retaliation.

Al Gore is an evident moron AND a crass politician. The concept of "science" is demeaned simply by the word appearing in the same paragraph with "Al Gore".

He's trying to make a difference. He's trying to help humanity. That beats the hell out of the people we have in office now.
