I would think Solar might make the difference, It is the heat that the panels collect through black tubing then heat the hot water heater, which supplies hot water in all areas of your home. You don't need a lot of solar panels either. Use that heat technology through black tubing to heat water, use heat running through black tubing at the bottom of your home to heat the floor boards as well.
