I'm on Disc 2, I have entered a library with a hole in the roof. I sent Billy up there. On the next floor up I got a leach sample. To open it I need the stripping agent, the chemicals are there but Billy can't take them and I can't send Billy back down and bring Rebecca up. Anyone know what to do?
Also there are 2 doors with odd holes in (one in operating room other in corridor) how do I open these? does it have anything to do with the leech sample?

Just a point, I have already saved it so that Billy is on the floor above Rebbeca, is this a problem?
Is there a way for Billy to take the chemicals? Are there any items that Rebbeca has to give him through the dumb waiter?

I have completed this game, and the thing is, you need rebecca to get the stripping agent.
I made the same mistake as you, and had to start the damn game again.
However, that didn't take me too long, because i knew what to do.
as you've saved the game already, i would advice starting it again, because you can't send any big items, like the hookshot through the lifts.

The frist thing u need to do is to cover the holes on the roof and try to look for emergency door and try to avoid the current than push/pull the emergency.

look for statues in the corridors...push/pull them.. and cover the holes with them...
if you get stuck, reset ,start again and keep everyone down after covering holes with statues...also look for a walkthrough on the web.... good luck
