Since you live in a "boaring" city
And have no "mole"
And no "restrant"
You might want to walk to the bookstore and buy a dictionary.
It's actually quite a challenge to be bored when you can read & write properly!

What about making a project like take pictures of the places around your town, or the people and their daily life. Or choose something particular like a tree, a door or a object and try to find it and record it on camera in different places. If you don't like to photos try drawing. After a while you have yourself a project and when you start show it around maybe you can even get some extra money for exposition your project. Many times local people will love to own a picture or a drawing of somewhere they see everyday but until you captured on film they hadn't noticed it at all.
Good luck with your project.

Many things. The solution to idleness is to do something. Find your creative side. Write a book, find a muse and paint his/her picture, take a class at a nearby community college, take up a hobby (maybe glassblowing, stamp collecting, etc), get together with friends and start a football game, volunteer at your local library or food kitchen, learn a new trade, or make a film. If your mind is busy, your hands will be busy.

You could start a hobby such as collecting rocks etc. You could join clubs with interests similar to yours. You could see if the area community college has a course offered in spelling. You could go to your local library and check out books or attend any programs offered. Collect cans and turn them into recycling that would be investing in your community by helping keep it clean and investing in yourself by collecting the fee offered for the aluminum. Start your own business since it seems your "city" doesn't offer many opportunites. Help out all those people in your same situation as well as yourself.

You obviously have Internet access... educate yourself! There is a planet full of information at your fingertips. Get interested!
Or you could take up extreme sports and go for a "Darwin Award"!

I would look into improving my spelling.
Considering I think the word you want is BORing.
And maybe you should take a day trip out to a non-boring city.

There's always something to do. Just think of fun things and then see if the train or bus will get you there. Try the Zoo!
