Sounds llike either your mobile mechanic messed up or missed why you blew a headgasket in the first place. If he/she has any kind of concious, should repair for free. You still have headgasket problem

need to figure out if you need a head gasket or an intake gasket. white smoke means either of these things. for the head gasket, check your oil and see if there's water on the dipstick. Also check your coolant/anitfreeze to see if there's oil on top of that. if the answer to these is "yes" then it's a head gasket again. If it IS the head gasket, you need to find out what's causing it. overheating is usually the case

for the intake gasket..you may be able to see water coming out of this area...you may not be able to. i'd have to say with more confidence that it's the intake gasket. get the book to this car, some tools (and borrow a torque wrench..autozone has A deposit system) and get to it. there's no quick fix for the white smoke.

My previous Toyota replaced into a similar, as long as you RE some million finished inch from the backside of the dip stick you have adequate oil. i could propose at next oil exchange be certain its completely drained, then positioned the quantity in advised via your instruction manual and as quickly as its settled make an remark of the point on the dipstick ( photograph ) then use this to evaluate in destiny ! large automobile pal ! swifter petrols desire time-honored oil adjustments so it wont be long till you have a reliable marker once you adjust the oil next

Your choices are less than limited. Either the previous repair has not been done right - improper head installation/torque procedure or the head is warped, cracked, or gasket surface has erroded. In either case, head removal is necessary.
Sorry.
