Yep. A bra is a bra and by now you probably know what one looks like. A bustier usually covers the abdomen too and has boning that trims the middle somewhat as well as helps hold it up if it's strapless. A bustier is usually very sexy but can easily run $75-150 or more.
They are both bought by bra size so you'll want to do some snooping to get that right.

Yes, they are totally different pieces of lingerie. A bra covers mainly the breasts (some more than others) and is held up by over-the -shoulder straps. A bustier, on the other hand, is a strapless garment that covers most of the torso (chest & stomach). It holds itself on by being a rigid, tight-fitting piece, and is typically meant to streamline a look under something like a formal dress.

A bustier is almost like a corset, it is much longer than a bra, about down to her belly button, and usually has garter straps attached to hold up stockings. They are very sexy and I have several.
I have included a link to a picture of one below.

A regular bra is a bra, I'm sure you have seen them. A bustier is basically a bra with no straps that fits you down usually towards your navel. (Think strapless bra meets a corsette).
