I would give my left arm for Maynard and come on, Danny is the best drummer in the history of music. If I could only listen to one band for the rest of eternity it would be them.
I'm not going crazy over the new album but I did notice that while fooling around that if you take track 3 and play it right after track 11 and THEN play track 4 right over it that it makes a cool song. (I'm sure others have found this too).

I Love them too! The music they play is put together like a piece of art...When the music starts..it builds till it reaches a certain climax and then the mood is developed. It's beautiful really..They have a rare talent...and have inspired so many other bands. I would really love to see them in concert!

Tool is hard to digest for first time listeners. But once you start to actually study the lyrics, concepts, and themes. It's a totally different experience. As for Danny Carrey, I consider him one of the best off-hand drummers in this day and age.

I KNOW THE PIECES FIT.
Tool is awesome Maynard has a great voice. I love their music lyrics and their videos. i actually like APC more but Tool is classic. The haters say it sounds the same. I say i like it all.

I don't know a lot of Tool's songs but Maynards voice is the best. He did a duet once with Tori Amos and it is my favorite ..

I disagree. John Bonham is the greatest drummer EVER! and i dont really think you would listen to TOOL for the rest of your life either. they arent good. if you want good music listen to ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, etc.

I like TOOL. Very cool band. Very good musicians. Esp. nowadays, when most of the music sucks, they are really great. I like Perfect Circle, too.
(But anyway, you don't need to give your arm to anyone)
