This is a difficult question. Argentina's definitely better, they play well both as team and individuals, but it's Germany's place... So, let's see...
1) technical skills: Argentina
2) team game: both are doing fine
3) individual game: Argentina
4) Fans who will be there: Germany (4 sure!!!)
5) Judgment: Germany...

the result of this match will be very difficult to guess as both the teams are very much capable of winning. germany with the support of the home fans and argentinians with the strength in their line up. but given an option to choose i would go for argentina for their legacy.
