my video ipod doesnt react when i plug it into a computer or the wall charger and it doesnt show up in the itunes how can i fix it and if I cant fix it then how much will it cost for like best buy to fix it? please give helpful answers

I a Campus Rep for IPOD. I get this question sometimes. Take your IPOD to a retail store and they'l help you.

My sister's ipod has done the same thing (its not a video ipod of coarse). Try it again after a few hours.
If that doesnt work go on the apple website and seach in their FAQ. If you cant find it there then go to an apple store.

You may have to reset it, do this by sliding the hold button back and forth once. Then, press and hold the select and menu buttons at the same time for three seconds. Your instruction guide will also have information to help you.

iPod video? the least popular iPod.....hmm....okay-see the booklet.I just got a shuffle and theres bond to be help.Check under charging or under troubleshooting.If you dont have the booklet try to IM me.Ill give you more details.
