Yes, actually it's called your Second Virginity. We learned about it in school actually. I went to a Catholic School in case you're wondering. If you're abstinent and haven't had sex in a long time and plan on waiting for the right one before resuming relations with somebody, then yes, it's valid to say you're a "born again virgin" if that's the term you like.

this is a new way of thinking about things, and since words mean only what people decide they mean, then i think it's great. people are having parties after 1, 2 or 3 years of not having sex to celebrate their born-again-virginity. i think it's great. a way for people to have a new start. virginity is not so gol-danged important that you have to be so rigid about it. In modern times it means less.

Well, it depends on how you define 'virginity'

I would say 'no' in that my personal definition falls with the whole 'never had sex' deal.

Some would say 'yes' because one can physically be restored to the physical traits of a virgin (and explaining this whole deal would be both long and boring to everyone here.)

YES, you can. I think it's something like either 1 or 2 years but only in the eys of a certain abstinance sect. Sorry I can't think of the name.

Technically though, once it's gone it's gone.

But to answer your question, yes you can be considered that.

No... once you loose your virginity, its gone... you can't just have it back by not having sex for a couple years. Haha I would call that a long dry spell!

It's just a saying. Once your virginity is lost it's gone forever.

Maybe in God's eyes. Physically, though, you can only be a virgin once.
