I am trying to add songs to a CD that I burned, and I am getting a message that says I can't copy over what's already on there. Is there a way to delete all of those songs, and start over ?

Not on a CD unless it is rewritable (which are lousy for copying music). A CD is a WORM (Write Once Read Many). Next time add the songs to your hard drive then, when you have what your want, burn the CD.

not unless you are using a re-write-able disc and recorder...

just make a new CD (they aren't expensive)
