hi the only true tablet that has effect you are looking for is ephedrine, this is not good idea though there is the fact it makes you loose weight but if serious you should do exercise and consume less carbos not take these or any tablet as even if work you will be left with loose skin, with exercise and diet you can gradualy recover quick fixes are bad, if diet and exercise dont work ( and you are sticking to it) it may just be your metabolisim slowing and not much you can do or may be underlying medical probleme, lifes too short and taking effedrine or any type of amphetamine i dont recomend but do work

diet pills increase your metabolism, which can also make you hungrier.
i would suggedst cutting back on portions slowly.
I lost a lot of weight just by giving up soda. I drink juice in the morning, water the rest of the day, and have gone down nearly 2 dress sizes.

You should work that body! The slimming pills are bullshit. Too many side-effects.... I think you should see a doctor first and find out why you are overweight. Good luck!

They might work in the short term eventually you will build up a tolerance for them and be in worse shape than ever start your day with some freshfruit and i mean fresh not canned fruit this will start your metabolism and help. dont eat empty carbs like cereal or poptarts or biscuits in the morning also get up early when you wait till noon to start eating your body has already started storing fat

ive been taking actislim. herbal thing i got from sunbed shop. also can get it online. makes me v thirsty tho. but ive lost a dress size in a wk
