I would actually rather think of it as..what random act of kindness would you like to do for someone else? I think that whatever comes around goes around. If you start out doing random, selfless acts of kindness, it is bound to come back to you. Random acts of kindness don't have to be big, expensive ordeals, either. Simple things letting someone go in front of you in the line at the grocery store or pulling over on the side of the road to help someone fix a flat tire are not difficult acts, but they require thought and consideration for others above yourself. This has really inspired me to do a selfless deed. Thanks and have a great day!

i don't really believe in karma & i don't think people should do good deeds because they know that the incentive is that good things will happen in return like some sort of reward.that's not very selfless but rather selfish in my opinion.karma isn't necessarily always effective but rather a form of control to either make people more inclined to do good deeds or deter them from committing bad deeds for fear of retribution.i mean how do you explain for example:why some kind hearted & giving people such as princess diana, who die fairly young but some cold hearted people, who are criminals/etc sometimes have longer lives & in some cases are able to get away with more crime & not punished until more innocent lives are taken?however, having an optimistic mindset greatly helps our attitudes & behavior towards life.

the random act of kindness i'd appreciate would be simple things like people greeting me with a nice smile & saying normal things like "hi.",which we sometimes overlook & take for granted.i've had material things & almost everything that i've ever wanted but that only gave me superficial happiness for a while.thinking back,it gets me irritated rather than happy because i've wasted money on things that i didn't actually need.i soon realized that it's the simple everyday, kind gestures that effortlessly & ironically make me the happiest.just reminscing about it makes me smile:)

I Love and I give, and yet I know I could do more...
(really hard to think of what I need someone else do to for me, the most I can think of is share some good vibes or a laugh, just doesn't seem to fall correctly under heading of random)

So speaking of non-random, sorta...

I was just beginning to browse some of my online accounts, who needs money when sort of thing, and the first one I check is one I know I don't have to pay for a while, but something says check the balance. So I do, whoa! Did they? Oh man, yes they did! How freaking awesome! Capital One came through for me with a credit line increase (that I hadn't requested, but can definitely use as a cushion over the next slightly more expensive months).
And I am just dying to hug somebody! But no one's around, what to do, what to do.... humm...
So I call their customer service line, refuse to use prompts knowing eventually an operator will pick up. When she does and has established just who the heck I am, and she asks how she can help me... I say, "Just wanted to call and say Thanks!" dead air for a second, you can tell she's surprised and almost giggly as she says, "on behalf of Capital One, You're Welcome". I know and said that they normally only get trouble calls, people complaining, people upset. I thought for once it might be nice to call because things were good rather than bad, and that she deserved a thank you. So great to hear the smile in her voice as she stated she'd document that in my record. Is there anything else I can do for you? No I say, just look forward to doing more good business with you folks." I can hear her mentally searching for something appropriate to say, and even though she's over in the Phillipines, she closes the call with a "Happy Fourth of July!" To which I say another Thanks, and good bye.

Great as an asker that you're encouraging people to think of acts of kindness, maybe in just the consideration, you'll inspire a few acts yourself!
