If you mean used car engine oil, there will always be some at your nearest car shop. They give it away free.

If you're in the Pasig area, try - JMI motors along C5 near Bagong, Ilog.

You can always go to the nearest gas station and ask if you can buy from them or they can tell you where it's at.
