You have to learn how to flirt, and pick up the signals to see if they flirt back. Once you've gathered enough signals that they are interested too, ask them on a date. I can't even give you flirting tips, because they have to come naturally or they will not work. Try flirting with someone else first for practice. There are so many different ways to flirt. Do some internet research. Read some dating articles on www.match.com.

Tell them you like them. Or write a note saying I like you. And write your name on the bottom or if you want that person to guess then don't write your name.

if you like someone then talk to that person. be their friend and hang out with them. in time they might start to like you back!
