Bathing daily cleanses the skin, but it also can dry it out, causing it to look dull, but most importantly, it may cause irritation and remove the natural emolients your body produces to keep it healthy. When you bathe, always use a moisture-rich cleanser, and always pamper your skin with a daily moisturizer. Avoid using products formulatted with mineral oil, animal products I would recommend this site for your needs ..... https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1......these products are botanically based and the products are formulatted without mineral oil and without animal products. Mineral oil is the 2nd worse thing for the health of your skin the 1st thing would be the sun. Animal products come from Rendering Plants and they pick dead animals and they put it in a huge pot and smash everything down and boil it and the oil that comes up is what other companies use to formulate their makeup and skin care products, gross i know..... also use a scrub and a mask regularly so you could help stimulate the regeneration of the skin and eliminate dead skin cells to help you see the new skin full of health and shinny....

ur hair = pantene anti-sponge (the silver and purple one)
ur face = if u've got like blackheads and whiteheads and zits & stuff try Nature's cure. It takes like two weeks to see improvement but u gotta take in every day or else it won't work kinda like birth control (it's a pill in the morning and at night)
they sell it at walmart for like 10 bucks or at H E B for like $8. good luck!:)

You know I have heard so much associated with drinking lots of water and people saying how much that affects their skin in a positive manner. Try increasing your water input during the day.
