Obviously knowledge, but what kind and how much of knowledge can be crucial to answer this question.
If it is just a little knowledge, it can be more dangerous than no knowledge at all. You think you know something but you don't know the whole story which can be bad.
If only the knowledge of something that is not very useful, I probably will not choose it over money.
If it is the good and complete knowledge, then there is no question similar to others' opinion, knowledge is just far more superior.
How about between money and happiness?

Knowledge, because all the money in this world cannot buy knowledge unless a person is willing to learn. When you have knowledge, you'd have the know-how to make the money you need. :)

Knowledge - because people may be able to take everything else from you, like money, materialistic things, even your life.but knowledge is something no one can ever take from you. Also you have to gain knowledge to make money. Unless you are born into money or do sinical things that are not moral. Money is the root of all evils, be careful how you obtain it and how you spend it.
