I would try magazines in the subject you are promoting as they will have a database of subscribers

you don't say what the promotion is about, so can't direct you, but if you do a search in the directories not a web search and insert database in the search bar it will throw up lots and lots of databases, perhaps you may find one that suits.

Hey just a quick note....maybe you do not know....but, I have had immense results when searching, by adding the word "database" to my searches. There is a technical reason that this will broaden your results, and actually gain you access to things you missed in the past....however, I have no idea what it is.....Maybe helped, maybe didn't....peace
