If your answer is yes then are you willing to provide protection for the families of these terrorists to protect them from being slaughtered while the witness gives public testimony? If not then what is the likelyhood of the witness cooperating with the US Government? Also keep in mind the Massaoui trial lasted 4 years all at your expense.

Of course not! Do you want these people in our country, I certainly don't. There are enough people crazy enough to try, I don't, bomb the prison they would be held out if they were here. Keep them out of my country!
That being said, this is a time of war and therefore we can turn it into a POW camp. Sure, they won't have the amenities they do now but I don't care about them. The only downside is when the war is officially over, we would have to release them OR we could send them to the UN to be tried for war crimes. The UN is so corrupt though who knows what would happen.

I think it should be handled in a military court but the important thing here is that they have to be convicted of a crime first. No one knew what all these guys were being held for except the generality of terrorism. This will help assure we have picked up the right guy. We cant just assume people are guilty before being tried, that should be common sense.

Actually there are US citizens locked up in Gitmo. They should at least be given treatment under the Geneva Conventions, and allowed some type of representation.

I think we should send the soldiers stationed there on a coffee break somewhere far away, and then ACCIDENTALLY carpet bomb the prison.
