Hearing the voice of my daughter from a thousand miles away. Knowing that each new day brings new opportunities where I can better myself. Seeing my dogs sleep at the foot of my bed. Cooking for my friends and other loved ones. Receiving emails from people I do not expect them from. Being loved and loving in return. Ice creams. Chocolates. Smiles from colleagues and strangers. Work well done. Connecting to people I do not even know. Knowing that inspite of it all, life is GREAT!

Quite a number of things. Sunsets, sunrises, a baby smile. Writing. A good song on the radio.
