I'd say Ferguson Jenkins, but he didn't pitch for the Phils in 1962. He only pitched for the Phils in 1965 and a little in1966 (and only for about 15 innings). Perhaps he was signed to a minor league contract in 62. Typical of the Phils to let go of such a prospect (we also let a 2nd baseman by the name of Sanberg go to Chicago for next to nothing).
