i'm not sure about if the wieght matches the height but to reduce wieght naturally don't eat anything white... especially white bread and white sugar... stick to fruits and vegetables and smoothies.. sugar will never help you, also running every mrning will greatly increse your metabolism along with having a small breakfast every morning

60 kg is about 132 lbs., and at 5'6" tall, that sounds like what I would call just about right. Riding a bicycle will burn fat from and tone up your thighs. I'd say you wouldn't want to lose more than a couple of kg.

try not to eat so much and go jogging or do some exercises is the best way to reduce fat for women the best way to put on weight is go swimming because it reduces fat and makes our body slimmer!

wht 5.6" height weight should be 55 - 60 for gals
its ok, ur a healthy person.
no need to reduce ur weight. be happy.

no way iam 5'7 and iam 52 kg u must be very fat go gym or cycling daily morning and evening
