I read mystery or horror books. The ultimate way to relax is a candle light bubble bath with a glass of wine and a good book.

Read, or take a bath. Ok, actually, read while in the bath (which is only relaxing if I don't drop the book in the water!).
Or take a walk, or surf the net, or listen to music.

This is one of them, reading and answering other people's questions gives me quiet time, or I walk or watch a film. I like to train as well but time adn space means I often can't do it when I need to the most.

Listening to music before I sleep, exercising regularly, not thinking about work after work hours, going for a massage once a month.
In general, taking my mind off stressful things.

This, actually. Or read, walk, listen to music, play music - anything but watch TV. If I wanted to shut my brain down that much I would just have myself put into a coma.
