Get a copy of the title of the property from your locar court house. Get gramps to give you a Power of Attorney to act on his behalf and of course, respecting is wishes. You can evict those people legally. Normally you will serve them with a 30 days eviction papers via certify mail. After that you can contact the sherriff department to assist you with the eviction. You will probally have to rent a truck and a moving company and rent a storage place.
Good luck

They should just kick them out and if they don't want to call the cops or take them to trial and get back what is yours. If the grandfather doesn't want to be there well move him closer to the other family. It is very easy to get them out of the house so get to work. Good luck!!
