I have a Nextel i265.I have had it for 2 months, but lately when I am doing things with it (text, web, etc.) it will freeze up for a few sec or I have to turn it off to unfreeze it.My mom had the i710 and just got a new phone.Should I use her i710 (which has little white specks on the back & has ringer issues) or my i265 with the glitch?

If u think I should use the i710 please tell me something that I could tell my mom why I am using it? Thanks!!

Give detail!!!

If you have only had the phone for 2 months and it is doing that already doing that you need to call the customer service department and speak to technical support. Something is going wrong with the phone. Get it fixed while it is still under warranty. All phones come with a warranty (usually at least 6 months from the company, and one year from the factory) so get it fixed NOW.

Go into your handset's menu and download a software update this should resolve any issues that you have and you won't have to gank your mom's phone as well.
