Each of us know, life is apparently temporary. So, it cannot be something which u can just laugh about or pass away. We humans are gathering experiences here, in most cases which are intensive. So if we see logically, we come to know more about ourselves through these experiences. The same thing happens through dreams, those r reflections of ur inner, suppressed desires, so if we can't conclude anything very straight we can atleast understand that life can give u nothing, can take away nothing but knowledge about yourself is the only thing to be gathered here. Jokes apart, we might think, if u r a theist, that either God or Nature itself is conducting an aptitude test on u to put u in the proper place in the bigger scheme.

Why must it have a meaning? Does the sun have a meaning? Does an amoeba have a meaning? How about a stick or a stone or an asteroid (like the one that's coming very close to earth this weekend)?
