Yes, it is normal to not feel ovulation. Some women do have mittelschmerz, or ovulation pain, and this is also normal in the sense that it generally does not indicate any sort of medical problem. Usually the most noticeable physical symptom of ovulation is an increase in the amount of cervical mucus discharged from the vagina, rather than pain. Only about 20% of women actually feel pain during ovulation.

Yes, it is normal to not feel ovulation. However, some women experience pain.

"Some women feel pain in the abdomen or pelvis during ovulation, when an egg is released from the ovary. This usually happens midway between menstrual cycles. The medical term for this is mittelschmerz, which comes from the German words for "middle" and "pain." Some women don't feel anything when an egg is being released from an ovary. Other women may feel intermittent or constant discomfort or pain during ovulation. "

Well, yes. I've been having my period for 13 years and I haven't felt ovulation yet. Let me know if you do. Are there really people out there who do? Hmmm....that's news to me.
