Absolutely. Just look at my last date....

Seriously, though, having, "no personality" is a euphimism for having an extroardinarily dull or unappealing personality. So, everyone has a personality, just not necessarily one you would like.

We all have a personality, you have also, and not just one, but a few of them. Personality, ego, pride... what ever it's called. But our personality tell how we are. Either is good or bad. Some people wont remembered you by your looks, but if you left a reputation behind good or bad, they will remembered you by that personality. So your reputation is most your personality.

Not really. They have to be somewhere on scales of introversion/extroversion or neurotic/emotioally stable. I do know people that I would describe as having no personality though. People with no opinions who just follow the pack. But even they score somewhere on the scales of the big 5 personality components.
