Most cars can do that well. If your going for long term storage a full tank of gas will reduce water build up. Other than that a well tuned car with a good battery can sit 3 to 6 months with no adverse affects. I do it all the time.

YES! If the vehicle is a newer vehicle (has a computer) the computer places a load on the battery. Depending on your vehicle, this load can drain the battery in 3 weeks of non use. If your battery goes dead due to this parasitic loss, you have just cut about a year off of the battery life and it will reduce the peak charge capacity. the best way to keep this from happening is to just simply remove the Ground cable from the battery. Other than this, leave the fuel tank full to keep moisture from accumulating through condensation in the fuel tank. These two items should allow you to leave the vehicle sit with the confidence that when you start it again, it is ready to go.

The only problem may be some drain on the battery, since clocks and any other gizmos that continue to run will run off the battery. This is minimal, so 3 to 4 weeks should be ok.

No, not necessarily. But, it should be AT LEAST turned on and the engine reved a little once a week (if you or someone else is able to). Just make sure you check all the fluids if you're not going to be driving it for more than 3 weeks. But honestly, my car was impounded once (parking tickets) for exactly one month, maybe 5 weeks, and was never driven or turned on, and it was fine.
