If Batman's Rogues Gallery went up against Spiderman's Rogues Gallery, which villain would fight who?

The problem with DC is that they make their villains too weak (like Joker, Penguin), while Marvel tends to make their villains over-superpowered (like Magneto, Apocalypse). So it's like Venom, Carnage, Green Goblin, Dr.Octopus vs. Joker, Penguin and all the other crap. Let's face it, spidey villains take this hands down,. The only Batman villain who even stands a chance against spidey's enemies is Mr. Freeze, but even then it wouldn't be too much of a fight.

The question is not who would win. It's who would fight who. (to the first person who answered the question) Here's mine.
Rhino-Bane Outcome-Rhino
the Lizard guy-Killer Croc Outcome-Lizard guy
Sandman-Clayface Outcome-Clayface
Green Goblin- Joker Outcome-Depends on who stalking who, if hte Joker is the one who planned it, the Joker. If not, Green Goblin
Venom - Red Hood- Red Hood being a past Robin is the only one who could keep up. And if he's playing with a full deck, I think Red Hood could take him out . He took out Captain Nazi, and he's Superman level. If Venom has anyway to shake him up though, then Venom wins
Doc Oc and Prometheus - I believe Prometheus's chances of winning would go up the longer the fight went.
the disappearing Doc Guy and Ra Ghul- Ra Ghul. He's untouchable unless you are Spiderman himself
Carnage and Freeze - Carnage. Freeze is a little slow on the draw for Carnage
whichever Goblin Harry becomes and Two Face - the Goblin
Kraven and Talia al Ghul - Talia takes him out quickly.
the Vulture thing and Copperhead (an old, washed up Batman villain) - It's a tie. I say the both give up and whine about how much they hate their respective hero.

Let me think about it.............the Spider-Man villains. The Joker could never beat Doc Ock. Marvel villains are 1000 times stronger than DC comics villains. DC villains are really weak and are easy to beat. Marvel villains take serious time to beat, are strong, and are so genetically altered that the DC comic villains couldn't beat them.

DC villians r more brians and organized crime-ish. Marvel villians r more brawn and quick fix/reward-ish. So i a quick head-to-head match, it would be Marvel's to wipe the floor with DC's. But a planned Battle would be more entertainin. DC villians would send all there minions and use there weapons/gadgets, then run. Marvel would wait kinda, not really plan, but just get into a battle formation maybe. Then just unleash there powers. Mavel villians would win over all, but the famous/infamous villians(i.e. joker, ivy, two face) would have fled already.

The Joker vs. The Green Goblin. Both are equally insane. And they even look and smile alike! Another good match: Killer Croc and The Lizard. Both are reptillian, both are savagely deranged.
