Historically IBM's stance on this was it could not be done and the only solution was to replace the motherboard/planar board. The CMOS Battery 'may' do the trick. Historically the CMOS battery was located inside a removeable door and behind its own door. In checking the HMM I can't tell but the battery seems to be in that same type location.
The Hardware Maintenance Manual (HMM) is at this link:

Okay, after further checking I found a movie to tell/show you how to remove and install the CMOS Battery. LOL

Hope this Helps!!!
You may need to leave all power disconnected from the system for 3-5 hours to let it fully discharge and reset the password.

There's no way to retrieve a bios password, so it's gone. But you should be able to reset it to whatever the default one is. Exactly how you do this depends on your specific model laptop. And since I'm not familiar with yours, I can't tell you what to do.
I would suggest taking it into a place like Best Buys and telling them you need a bios password reset. Could be as simple as removing then reinstalling the CMOS battery. Might be as difficult as hooking it up to a testing machine at the manufacturer.

you may want to take the laptop aside till you get to its motherboard. From there you need to work out a silver disc, the motherboard battery. get rid of the battery, look ahead to a minute or so, positioned the battery in. you need to only take out your significant laptop battery to boot as unplug your laptop from any means adapters previously you open it up. once you positioned the small silver battery decrease back in, reassemble the laptop and also you need to be good to bypass. beginning up a laptop will be very confusing and could no longer be finished through anybody who has little laptop hardware information. Use at your human being probability...
