Many people think they have good and sincere friends, but when need an aid of them see that everything is illusion. Tell me about your good or bad experiences with "friends" please.

i don`t honestly know,some people have friends for years- i think i have them till they get sick of me,i had, ithought agreat friend till she got preg.she started distancting herself,then she said, she needed more space.told her she could have all she wanted-i had told her repeatly that i understood she wouldn`t be as active with ababy i even offered to take her 2 kids swimming inthe summer, so she could bond-but she still kept saying she needed more space.this has beenabout 4 mos ago, i saw her & waved, she turned her head-then i saw her again,still had that head turned.if i came into veiw- she blamed it all on me in her last e-mail.4 mos ago .i don`t trust people now. as far as friends.

I easily have a number of acquaintances in a number of years of being in contact with me... My longest one is my female friend from my college days in 1971, and we are nevertheless acquaintances at present 35 years later... besides the very undeniable actuality that we stay in diverse states, we proceed to be acquaintances and save in contact with one yet another through e-mail and genuine mail and deliver Christmas presents to at least one yet another and make telephone calls too... we were through a lot at the same time and shared assorted good cases and undesirable cases too...

i do..... but it takes a while, it can't just be a quick start up friendship, and then you expect them to be there for you all the time...... you also can't expect anyone to ALWAYS be there for you..... one of my best friends and I have this thing about keeping confidences..... we can tell each other anything and not worry that they will tell it to anyone else.... it was kinda hard at first, but now neither of us even worry remotely that the other person will break the trust..... that to me is a sign of a true friend.

I have 2 best friends, one I have been friends with since Jr. High and one I met as an adult. :) We all live several states apart, but we get together yearly and go on vacations together. They are the sisters I never had and I love them both dearly.

YES, AND IF YOU DON;T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING TRY TO READ HOW THE SPARTANS WHERE RAISED AS SOLDIERS AND AS O GROUP OF TWO OR THREE FROM THE START TO BOND WITH EACH OTHER IN SPIRIT EVEN WHEN DIEING.
