If you have enough fabric you could make a skirt.

Supplies:
1. Zipper/Elastic
2. Sewing Maching/Needle
3. Needle

Steps:

1. Cut tubes into flat peices.
2. Sew all of the pices together like one big peice of fabic that you would buy at the store.
3. Buy a pattern for a skirt(find at crakt stores or Wal Mart).
4. Follow the instuctions on the pattern to make a skirt like you would if you would have bought fabric from the store.
5. Cut skirt to desired legnth.
6. Leave as is or hem it.

Good Luck!!!!

If you don't have that much then make a purse!

1. Cut pieces into flat pieces.
2. Save some for handle.
3. Piecethem together with pins.
4. Sew it together.

Turn the bottoms into wallets and purses and sell them!

Sew the tube of the leg part you removed together at the bottom, then take another "tube" of fabric and slit it to make a flat piece for a flap, sew it to the piece you just made into the body of the purse. Piece together smaller strips from other legs to make a handle or strap. Embellish with cool buttons, permanent markers or fabric paints (found at craft stores) or fake flowers. Add some fringe or some trims from the fabric store. If you're really skilled, you can line the purse with a lining made of a really cute fabric.

You could make a really cool purse with the right pieces and taking some pockets off of old pairs of jeans you haven't cut into capris.

You can make halter tops with the bottom of those jeans that would be soooo cute, I remember Halle Berry bought a pair of slacks once that were too long for her and she had them trimmed at the bottom and a bikini top made to match and I thought that she looked so nice in that one of a kind outfit. You could also make a nice shoulder bag or hat. You could make a clutch purse. Just go demin crazy. It'll be fun.

When cutting off the legs of old jeans from the kids, I cut 6 to 8 inch squares, and save them. When I have enough, I sew them together to make an unlined blanket, which is great for trips to the beach or the mountains. The grass and sand shake right off. No finishing of seams is neaded; the unfinished edges look great after going through the washer.

I think that you should seem up the bottom of the pants so it looks neat, then use the extra fabric to make hair accessories or stylish patches on your capri, if you can get creative enough to design the patches and make them a little more colorful and presentable.

why not patch them all together and make a skirt. or a purse.

for purse: patch a bunch together. now cut out two pieces for the sides, use a piece of cardboard or something for the pattern so they match. cut a long narrow piece which will be bottom and the ends. now (inside out) stitch them together. cut one real long and narrow piece, fold it in half (inside out) stitch along the edge. that's yr strap. pull the end through so it's outside outside, make it nice and straight and iron it. now cut two pieces off the end about four inches each. get you a couple brass rings. take a four inch piece fold in half with ring inside. stitch that inside on the end. stitch around the edge and do an x in the middle. repeat on the other end. run yr strap through and stitch. that's yr purse. maybe you wanted a zipper. put that on before the strap holders and tack them to outside instead of inside. maybe you wanted a flap, if so probably cut one of the side pieces from a piece which you folded first. experiment with this basic design. decorate. have fun.

you could make a purse. or little pillows, or make a jean quilt, & sew all of the patches of jeans together! Um.........you could save them & be in the guinness book of world records for the girl w/ the most jean bottoms. hope that helps.

ps-i'm sure a website would have directions on making a jean purse. if not, you can be creative and make it how you want to make it!
