What are your favorite John Denver songs? Most cherished memories of him? Did anyone attend the now-famous Red Rocks concert he did back in the late 1970s?

Besides the Wildlife Concert, has anyone ever find any good videos of his music? Any concert footage?

Are any of his ecological organizations (Windstar, etc.) still functioning?

What I loved about John's music was the way he was able to paint pictures with his words-that's the sign of someone who knows his craft, and John knew his very well. My favorite songs are Rocky Mountain High and Annie's Song, two songs in which he paints very vivid pictures of nature and its beauty. Even though he is gone, he leaves behind a treasure trove of music that will stand the test of time.

John Denver became an excellent skills. I undergo in ideas contained in the Nineteen Seventies he became so time-honored he might want to no longer get out of his own way. regrettably he diminished later in his career. i imagine the organic world live performance showcased a mature John Denver, he looked as if it would positioned all of it jointly at that live performance, it really is large. He died in person-friendly words many years after he gave that live performance. He became an exceedingly good musician yet a awful pilot.

I actually met John Denver in Vail, CO. My car was broken down and we (my sister and I) were walking around Vail, and literally ran into him. He was very nice - even though it was my fault completely.
My favorite songs are Rocky Mountain High and Annie's Song, but enjoy listening to about everything he sang.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting him or seeing him live in concert. I did, however, have all his albums and enjoyed his music and singing. He is greatly missed.
