It's been done already (Demi Moore), nothing new. I haven't read the article, but I would imagine that it's some type of "controlled" response to that disaster of an interview she did the other day on Dateline.

i think britney spears is losing a grip on her former fame and is grasping for anything she can get... i think she needs to face the facts: if she keeps going in the direction that she is heading, the world will see her as TRASH and not much more. i mean really.. take a shower!! its not hard.

she looked like trailer trash during that interview the other nite. However i find that a womans body is an amizingly beautiful thing. and if she wants to pose let her.

She has no class or dignity, she looks ugly in black hair but she looks ugly in blood hair. I have no respect for her. She wants publicity anyway she can get it! But let's remember "she doesn't want the media hounding her" what a joke! She is a Looser!

i think shes a fat SLUUUT who has a cute little baby and shes not suppose to be acting like a whore.......1!!! w/e i never liked her but she s soo frekin fat and ugly now.....and why would u be in a thong and/or naked with no top/or a triangle covering ur **** when ur a mom about to have a 2nd kid

I saw the cover only, and it's not that bad, but I would have felt totally uncomfortable.
However, when I was pregnant, that's when I felt most beautiful!
