I am having this for a past few months, and i have consulted many doctors, most of them are saying this is due to sun light, so i want a better cure from this...

Raw shea butter works very well at clearing up skin imperfections. It's very in expensive but make sure it's certified grade A because that form is the most beneficially. Most manufacturers include the Grade on the label. If they don't it's NOT grade A.

As others rightly said use a high SPF ,if your skin tone is really light or white use a SPF -40 or 50 only if you go out a lot.Secondly drink Lot's of water it removes toxins from your body& eat right don't eat a lot of junk. Make your diet full of veggies,greens etc.Thirdly practise yoga on a daily basis.

use a high UV protection cream/sunblock
wear a hat
wear a mask
only go outside in the evenings when it's cooler
hire a fat person to stand in front of you to shield from the sun
