I hope you know what an adjective is. It is used to describe a noun. A noun is used to talk about objects (things you can see, touch etc... e.g. table chair) and to talk about ideas or concepts (love, happiness).
There are many kinds of adjective but they fall into 9/10 basic groups:
Determiner: adjective pronoun- my, his, their. number- three
Opinion: What you think of it- gruesome, slimy
Dimension: gigantic, small
Age: geriatric,
Style: Straight,
Colour: green, silvery
Place: german, spanish
Material: silver,
Purpose: gardening

so you could, if you really wanted have a pair of green german gardening shears.

(Do you think Wayne Rooney has a pair to bring back from Germany to give to Christian Ronaldo?) Only joking.

An adjective describes a noun, so think of a noun, then think of a descriptive word to put in front of it.

noun = book
adjective + noun = green book, good book, gigantic book

try the same with a different noun:
noun = tree
adjective + noun = slimey tree, scarred tree, single tree

To make this easy, you have to think of a noun and then think of a word to help describe that noun in more detail.

Try it with boy as the noun:
gross boy, good boy, godlike boy
sick boy, sharp boy, sneezing boy

each word in front of boy is an adjective.

Try it yourself. Think of a thing, then find words to put in front to help describe that thing.

sandy sleepy sugary sweet super superb(e) supreme stable stamping soaking stupid silly sensible swinging slinky swanky Swedish slippery slimy slanderous

I could go on and on - so please give us more information!
